If you are asking the criteria for listing sites - go to the main DMOZ site at
www.dmoz.org then click the About DMOZ link at the top. On the left hand menu you will see a link to the editing guidelines. Everything you could possibly need is there. If you are saying you have more than one site and are wondering which to submit, pick the one with most content. If it is another question entirely, please clarify!
