Dead link but could not find in category

I could not find this web in this category but when you will make search entry in dmoz it will open like this

Thank you for the report. That link was removed from the public directory on the 18th because it was not responding. That's why you can't see it in the category. However, the search results are not based on the live directory data but on the rdf dump which means that it is slightly out of date. The next rdf dump won't include that URL which means it won't be visible in the search results.
