Do you think the editor wil accept my submition or i need to consider another category?

No, that wouldn't be the category for you to submit to since you're a shopping site. Try http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Beauty/Cosmetics/ instead (note: I haven't looked at the site in detail so I'm just assuming that you're not an affiliate site or reseller).

Whenever i click submit in submition form i receive "Internal Server Error". Now about the category will this one:"Regional: Middle East: Israel: Business and Economy: Shopping" be fine? I decided for this category at the end "Shopping: Health: Beauty", but what to do with this "Internal Server Error"? I clicked the submit button on both those categories, can it harm any way?

If that's where you're located, yes, that would work, too.

If you're getting Internal Server Errors, it's unlikely your submissions went through. Keep trying -- you'll get through eventually.

The title i give is "Dead Sea Mineral - Care & Beauty Products", may the "&" character cause the "Internal Server Error"?

No, the & has nothing to do with it. Our servers are being upgraded.

If you have a true presence (store, manufacturing plant, etc...) in a particular locality, submit to that locality. If you are online only and ship only to Israel, submit to the Israel/B&E/Shopping cat. If you ship everywhere, submit to the Shopping branch.

You may want to check your html. In the mozilla browser (I'm using 1.2.1), various text that overlaps other text making parts quite hard to read. That browser can be downloaded at http://mozilla.org/ .
