I originally submitted by website http://www.SusanLaskinRealtor.com to your directory on June 23, 2004. The category that it was submitted under is http://www.dmoz.com/Regional/North_.../Localities/H/Hillsdale/Business_and_Economy/ It had been nearly six months and my site had not yet appeared, so I resubmitted it to you on January 11, 2005. Is there any reason why my website has not yet been included in your directory? I would very much like to be included, and I am wondering if there is anything I need to do to make sure I am included. Thank you in advance for your help.

The site has been received, and in a category that at least looks plausible. It has not been reviewed -- that's perhaps longer than the "median" for regional business listings but well within the "norm" (which is...anything between five years before first submittal, and five years after last submittal, at least so far. But outliers on the outer edge aren't that common.)

Of course submittals aren't ordered by date, they're broken down by category (which is how we editors need them) so there's no predicting how long a particular category might wait between bursts of editing, nor in what order what sites might be reviewed there.

No. The only thing you can do after a suggestion has been received is wait.
You may ask for a status again 6 months after the last request.
