Close review by one of our most expert editors (not me) found the site's contents to be quite un-unique. I don't believe it will be relisted.

Is there anything to do? Maybe there is a more appropriate category we could be moved to?

Estimated: Oct 03, 1999 was when this site was first built. wayback The original content and the site's mission appears to be about the same. What also impresses me is that the site has very high page rank and looks clean.

I'd resubmit this site again and check back later.

Page rank means nothing as to whether a site has enough unique content to be listed.

Why would 101phones.com was unique enough for the dmoz directory for aprox. 2 years and all of a sudden, it is no longer unique?

1000's of visitors a week think its unique enough to buy from.

Our requirements for unique content were not the same two years ago. As we find sites that no longer meet the newer guidelines, we remove them from the directory. That isn't anything personal. It's based on what type of data we want in the directory. It looks like those who want to find your site will have plenty of other avenues to find it. I doubt your removal will effect your site much.

Best bet is to concentrate on other avenues of promotion, if you need to. :monacle:
