Everything you need to know is in the instructions, but in 99.99999% of cases an editor will re-write the description to meet ODP guidelines, so just do your best.

The description I asked was taken from a listed website in directory. I simply need an answere, is this kind of description allowed?

And why do you "simplÿ need" an answer.
These threads are not for discussing individual websites, not when they are listed and not when they are not listed.
If you think the description is not correct you can make an "update listing" request on DMOZ, write a better description and clearly tell us why the old description is not correct.
