Description of RDF tags

Hi,

I just downloaded the structure and contents RDF dumps, but I can't seem to find any documentation anywhere on tags such as narrow, narrow1, narrow2, etc. Is there a schema somewhere for the tags used?

If there is no schema, or at minimum some documentation, then I would be interested in building such documentation with the community's help. XML is only useful with described semantics.

Thanks,
Kevin

Reuqesting for schema info

Hi Kevin.
I have the same problem as well.
I want to start use the directory, but can't seem to find anywhere documentation about the xml tags.

Aspecially, I want to be able to search by region (i.e. NZ-> Otago).
Do you know of any "state" and "region" tags?
Thanks a lot
Roy

narrow, narrow1, and narrow2 are all subcategories.

symbolic, symbolic1, and symbolic2 are all symbolic links (aka symlinks, or @links).

For both of the above, in ODP categories, narrow2/symbolic2 categories are placed on the top, narrow1/symbolic1 categories in the middle, and narrow/symbolic on the bottom. See Arts/Movies/Titles/ for an example.

altlang is for the same category in a different language.

letterbar is for individual letters and numbers subcategories.

editor is listed editors of that category.

title is the title of that entry.

description is the description of that entry.
