did i add my site in the proper category?

i have submitted my site<url removed> to the womens' formal category: http://www.dmoz.org/...l_Wear/Women's/ . But this site is also selling wedding dresses. do i need change it to bridal or "clothing"? which one is better? please suggest me. and when will it be listed in dmoz? thanks very much.

When an editor reviews the suggested website (s)he will decide if it was suggested to the correct category. If it was not the correct category the editor will move it to where it belongs. There is nothing you need to do.
When it will be reviewed / listed is something nobody knows. Time between suggestion and review of a website can vary between a few days and several years.
