Did I met the requirements for a category listing update?

My site is already listed here for a quite sometime now,i want to know if Im qualified for this category http://dmoz.org/Regional/Oceania/Australia/Business_and_Economy/Legal_Services/Immigration/
MY site is www.nationalvisas.com.au

Its says there that:
"Only immigration sites that are based in Australia and are located in more than one State should be listed here. If your business does not comply with the above, please submit it to the correct Locality where your site is based."

Currently we two offices in australia
1) 3 - 118 Church Street,Hawthorn,Victoria,AUSTRALIA 3122
2) 2/2-12 William Henry Street,Ultimo,NSW 2007,AUSTRALIA

Is your site about immigration?

Are you based in Australia?

Do you have locations in more than one State?

Yes sir, we are an immigration site.
We are based in australia
And yes sir, we have locations in more than one State.We have one in Victoria and one in New South Wales

I note that the Ultimo office doesn't have a telephone and doesn't have a how to find us. Forgive my ignorance but are both offices in the same time zone?

Thats rigth sir, coz we are using 1300 732 963 our international number, if you call on our international number you can talk to our staff there in ultimo NSW.

It seems like you are looking for a definitive answer here.

The policy of this forum is not to do site reviews, or to tell people which category best suits their site. You have been pointed to the description of the category, and I am sure you can draw your own conclusions.

The decision on listability belongs to the reviewing editor, not this public forum.

Sir I didnt mean to break any policy of the forum, ive just apply for an update listing a month ago, Im just hoping that with your helpful ways that my application for a listng update could be reviewed, or if my application has been decline, i can reapply for it again.
