Dmoz Confirmation Email was not received after applying

Hello Sir
Today I had applied to become an editor of this category
http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Jewelry/Ethnic_and_Regional/Indian/

But to my wonder I did not receive any automated response or confirmation email. I had applied 9 hours back so I was thinking that I must have made a mistake in my email address thats why I did not receive any confirmation email.

So again I applied to the same category with the same details, but when I clicked submit then on the next page it was written that I can only submit once.

I want to know that was my email received before and if yes then why I did not receive any confirmation, can some one guide me.

At the moment there are some problems with feedback form: These mails didn't arrive since ?yesterday?. So there may be the same effect with the response to you since this is an e-mail. Please have some patience. Thanks.
