dmoz in other languages?

has content in four languages, one of the dmoz editors in poland sugessted that one could add to proper categories in other languages is that true and if it is how to add to these categories(according to content) in different languages

Pick the appropriate categories in each language section within the World branch and suggest the site. You want the locality category within the Regional branch for the English version. Easy as that.
