dmoz not working

I don't know if it's happening only to me but a few times a day, when I'm trying to acces dmoz.org, I receive an "operation timed out when attempting to connect..."

Why? Is there to much traffic or is just my browser? BTW, I use Netscape 7.1

Yes it was happening a lot earlier today - no idea why. It seems ok now, but maybe a bit slow.
