Will it help to add your site as compare to normal submission?

Sorry, but I don't understand the question.

We list listable websites in an uncontrolled time scale. We have no way of expediting a website's listing or magically making an unlistable site listable.

If' you've already suggested your website to the one best category, there's nothing else for you to do.

But still have not listed my web and today I added dmoz link on my web at this address,

Posting here doesn't expedite a website's listing either. If it did, we'd be swamped.

I think the poster's question was whether a site linking back to the ODP will get listed quicker. (a lot of other Web directories, particularly small ones, require a backlink or offer preferential treatment to sites linking back to them).

Answer: No. We don't require a backlink from sites listed in the ODP, and sites linking to the ODP don't get preferential treatment.
