DMOZ say : site exists .... but it doesn't . Why ?

I try to submit my site, in the category : World: Fran%e7ais: Commerce et %e9conomie: Immobilier: Logiciels.
When I hit the submit button, the next page says : sites exists, This site already exists in the Open Directory.
URL : (nothing)
TITLE : (nothing)
DESCRIPTION : (nothing)
So when I click on the update button, it doesn't find the (nothing) site, of course....
My site is totally new, and it isn't already in the directory.
So, what is the problem ?

There is a problem with all the categories in French (non-ascii characters in cat name) - at the moment, you cannot submit or update an URL.
We'll keep you informed as soon as the problem will be resolved. (staff notified)

This problem probably won't be fixed for a few weeks. For this perticular site, however, you should be able to submit by following this link which is formatted correctly. I think that should work.
