dmoz submitted to dmoz

I want to create a site that would have a dmoz catalog as it's core.
Of course, there will be some other stuff and features, but dmoz catalog will be most important. It won't be a clone, but most important will be stuff from dmoz.

Can I submit this kind of website to Dmoz?

Unless the other stuff on the site is really unique, the only place an ODP clone (partial or full) can be listed is in the Sites using ODP data category (make sure that you follow the license agreement, though).
