i saw a visit in my logs from someone at dmoz 7/31, but still have not seen my site added to the directory. there is a message on the bottom of the page that the last update was 7/30. does that mean my site will not be listed? or that the next update has not yet been made? how often is it updated? thank you very much!

Editors and robots might make a visit to a website for lots of reasons. You can't draw any conclusion from that.
