The door was not slammed in your face, you asked a question and you received a selection of answers. Your thread was closed because asking the same question again will not get you a different answer or expedite your request for a change in description.

Please note that we do not remove working sites on request, sites are only removed if they are no longer eligible for a listing per the Guidelines.

I'm sorry you are frustrated but it sounds like you have done everything you need to do with respect to updating this listing. I'd suggest looking for other means of promoting your site.
