我去提交新网站的时候 提示如下细则：

From July 4 - July 7 2010, Suggest/Submit a Site (URL), Update a Site (URL), Request Reinstatement, Staff Feedback Form and Become an Editor for DMOZ will be offline while we get ready to launch some behind the scenes improvements to DMOZ. Visit the DMOZ Public Forums to talk about DMOZ with the editor community

Dmoz这几天升级版本(从1.0升级到2.0)，所以现在服务器是未连线的。
所有的编辑工作与公众提交功能、申请成为一个编辑员、更新网址都是无法访问的。
但是编辑员论坛和公众论坛是可以访问的。
耐心地等待几天吧，新的Dmoz 2.0即将开始运转了。
