I'm having trouble submitting my editor application. I didn't have any problems submitting my site, but I did recently upgrade my IE. Here is what the error message says:

"Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0."

My IE has 128-bit, so that's not the problem. I checked the advanced options, but PCT 1.0 is not listed there. Can someone please help me? Pretty please?

Also I saved my page, will I be able to submit from the saved page at a later time?

Thanks for the help

Which version of IE do you have? If you have the newest one from Microsoft, the pCT 1.0 is included, but not a option to turn on and off, I think.

Have you tried again? and do you have netscape, mozilla etc. that you could try with?

I'm running IE 6 on XP, so there could be some kind of conflict. I do have Netscape 6 and was able to get the application submitted using it.

Thanks for the suggestion!

When I applied (about 4 months ago) I was using XP with IE 6, mabye it was a temporary problem?

Good luck with your application.

It could have been temporary...but I had retried with IE just before using Netscape 6. Thanks again for your suggestions.
