Do I e-mail webmaster or post here

Hi All,

I'm having trouble submitting from the uk I get an error message which advises me to mail the webmaster - I have done this in the past but not recieved an answer so thought I should post it here. Message says.......

'The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.'

and comes from dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add2.cgi.

Any thoughts or fixes surely appreciated.
