do i need to change my name ?!

Currently, i am developing a site which for online shopping.

and domain name is a 2 word combination "KW+wrold.com"

But i also found that there is another name under the same directory of DMOZ
which i will list after finish . the name is very close "KW+s+world.com".

For both site, selling same stuff, but they belong to total different party,
and i will use different site structure to complete it.


But for some reason, still feel not sure if this situation will impact my listing in
the future.


PS: i like my name, but not sure if i need to take another name due to the same directory already similar name on the list.

The title or name of your web site won't matter at all if and when it is reviewed for the ODP. In many categories there are sites with identical names and almost identical URLs listed. However, if you will be selling the exact same merchandise as another website in the directory it's unlikely that you will be listed for that reason.
