Do I need to resubmit?

Hi All,
My site http://www.ngofinder.org was previously listed in http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/Nepal/Society_and_Culture/Organizations/. The site was down for quite a while. Now I have relaunched the site. Do I need to resubmit it to the directory or will it be indexed later?
