Think of your "three websites" as "one personal website spread over three domains." And suggest it once. Then stop before the penalties kick in. (What penalties? See the submittal policy.)

This is not the place to ask Google questions. But assume Google will know, however hard you try to deceive them -- and you won't go far wrong.

We don't have any kind of restriction on the number of websites that someone can own -- how could we?

If a person has multiple websites that are broadly in the same topic or subject area, we will only consider one of them for a listing. We cannot stop someone for spreading their content across multiple sites, but we can avoid rewarding it.

If the different sites have vastly different content, and each can stand on its own merits in terms of unique content, we will consider listing each of them.

Let me dig out an old, well-worn example:

If a farmer has a website about apples, and it has good content, we would consider listing it under Agriculture/Fruits_and_Vegetables/Apples (not a real category).

If the farmer later expanded into growing carrots, and built a site about carrots, we would not list the carrots website, but would consider moving the apples website up to the Agriculture/Fruits_and_Vegetables category if the content were changed to warrant such a move.

If the farmer created a portal website that led to his sites on Apples, Oranges, Carrots and Artichokes, ten we would prefer to list that at the Agriculture/Fruits_and_Vegetables level and not list any of the product specific site. Now, at this point the farmer might argue that Carrots are vastly different than Apples and we would agree, but point out that they both fall under the categoyr of Fruits_and_Vegetables.

Now the farmer creates a site about the 1966 Ford Mustang that he is rebuilding, and adds lots of content about old Mustangs. We would definitely consider a listing under Transportation/Cars/Classic/Mustang/Pre-1975. The amount of unique content would be the ultimate factor in making that decision.

Hope that helps.
