Hi,

like many other posters before i'm waiting since months to get listed
on dmoz with my sites [URLs removed]

i really have the bad feeling that it was much easier to get listed
before google "killed" dmoz. it looks like that many many categories
are no longer supported and the directory become more and more outdated.

correct me if i'm wrong.

You are wrong in many aspects.

1) you are wrong by providing links to your websites (it is not allowed on this forum)

2) you are wrong in thinking that it was easier to get listed in the past (it is still as easy as it was a few years ago)

3) you are wrong in thinking that Google killed DMOZ (these are two seperate enitites that have no influence on the actions of the other)

4) you are wrong in thinking that many categories are not longer supported (all categories are supported)

5) you are wrong in thinking that the directory is or becomes outdated (each day numerous new listings are added to the directory, and each day existing listing are updated or removed)

6) you are wrong in waiting to see your website being listed (there are much more usefull things to do with your time than to wait for something that you can not influence yourself)

It seems to me that you totaly do not understand what DMOZ is and how it operates. Maybe you should start with reading our FAQ (link at the top of this page) and the answers we have given on similiar questions by other people.
