Does this mean my site wasn't approved?

Last night an editor from ODP visited my website (I saw it in my statistics) but my site didn't get listed. Does that mean it wasn't approved or could it be that the editor is going to add it later. I don't see why my site would not be approved. It is about home remedies and I submitted it to the alternative medicine category (in Spanish). Can anyone give me some advice why it could have been rejected?

Thank you, I appeciate the help

It could have been an editor checking to see if sites were in the correct category and just moving those who weren't to the correct category, or it could have been one of our automated QC tools checking for bad urls, :).

That doesn't mean it's been reviewed, and it doesn't mean it's been rejected.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I have a feeling it wasn't approved, though. On my other sites, as soon as I get "that visit" they get listed.
Not this time :(
And I thought my website was so good, I was even going to get one of those "Cool site" awards I got once (I don't know if you guys still have those)

What crowbar says is right, though. You can't know that it was a human editor who caused the hit in your log, and if it was, you can't know that the editor was in fact reviewing the site. In an alternative medicine category regardless of language, a lot of the site suggestions are pure spam, so it's in fact not at all unlikely that an editor was just checking sites for spam before reviewing. Not to mention that sometimes an editor will start reviewing and then get distracted or interrupted, so the review process has to be finished later.

Since you have several sites, perhaps the one you refer to here is closely related to another site which is already listed. In that case it wouldn't get listed as well.

"Cool" sites isn't an award - the function still exists but many editors avoid using it. You can read more about it here.
