Domain name change after submission

My site was submitted 9 months ago and still not listed yet. Recently, my domain name has a slight change (example as from my-domain.com to mydomain.com, one hyphen difference).

In my case, should I write an email to the editor to inform him the change of domain name? or should I re-submit as a new site?

Appreciate very much if someone could give some advice on this issue.

If your "old" URL doesn't redirect to the new one, you should resubmit with a note (in [brackets] such as [replacing suggestion of http://www.example.com]) following the description.

Even if the old URL does redirect to the new one, it's OK to do that.

My old domain name is redirected to new domain through "301 redirect", will it be considered as Spam if I re-sumbit to the new domain?

The redirect should be detected by the reviewing editor, but I see no harm in suggesting the site again, as long as you note the change.

Two suggestions does not a spammer make.
