Domain name host gives forwarding address

Hi, I wanted to submit my url (www.pillowpuppies.info) to the search engine, but am concerned. Your guidelines say not to submit a site that gives a forwarding address.I have the domain name, hosted by godaddy.com and it has a link on it for the visitor to click to go on to the site. How do I go about submitting this?

I am new to domain names and how they are handled (this is my first and just got it today). My site is about chihuahua puppies for sale and on the links page I have links to other chihuahua pages as well as a link (that has to be clicked) to my other web page so that if anyone is wanting to see examples of my work, they are able to. The other site is about the reintroduction of wolves to the wild and was a school project.

I think you should use http://www.wilnet1.com/~wolfsong/puppies.htm that's where the content is.

Please submit http://www.wilnet1.com/~wolfsong/puppies.htm and not http://pillowpuppies.info/ .
