Domain name upgrade and subsequent resubmission

I initially submitted my website http://www.geocities.com/mtruksa/ to http://dmoz.org/Arts/Music/Bands_and_Artists/S/Sp/Sparks/
around 3 months ago. However around 2 months later I acquired my own (non-GeoCities) domain name http://www.sparks-fanatics.com/ and resubmitted the same website using the new URL address.

A) Will this be counted as a multiple submission?

B) How can I ensure that the latter URL address is considered rather than the former?
