Dropped from directory

I have seen more threads with this topic, but I think this one may be slightly different ;-)

Our website http://www.hikari-online.nl, was listed under World/Nederlands/Gezondheid/Alternatieve_Geneeswijzen/Gemengde_Praktijken. As far as I can see the entry was dropped from the directory per 22 March 2004.

I am now listed under my personal name and URL http://www.xs4all.nl/~peetnet/ under World/Nederlands/Gezondheid/Alternatieve_Geneeswijzen/Reiki
This URL has been not accessible to the public for almost a year now, since our site moved to our own domain at hikari-online. The change of URL has been communicated to the ODP editor last year, which resulted in the entry which now seems to be dropped.

So I wonder if our site has been dropped due to a review or due to a technical / database issue.

Please advise me what is going on?

It has been moved up to ../Alternatieve_Geneeswijzen where it is awaiting review.

Just out of curiosity: does this imply that the category-hierarchy is about to be changed? I am asking because there are similar sites listed in the category which our site apparently just has been moved from....
