I'm afraid that I also mistakenly submitted my website twice. I originally submitted in January of this year and again this week. I did a search to see if I was already listed and found no listing. After I submitted (this week) I was looking through my notes and realized I had already submitted. I wanted to let someone know that this was a mistake and that I am not trying to be pushy or break the rules.

Will this hurt my chances of being listed?

The old submittal policy suggested that you submit twice, several weeks apart, if the site didn't appear in that time. With all the people that IGNORE the submittal policy, we surely aren't going to go penalizing the people that FOLLOW it. Really, no hard feelings.
