Simple dumb question: I just saw this below of the DMOZ category page I submitted to, last month.

Still, there is no change from what I saw before. When will I see a change just in case the editor has updated by either adding my entry or someone else's entry.

Seriously. We don't know. There's no way of telling at all. There's not even any way of guessing that works better than rolling dice on an Ouija board.
