Typically, yes, you should have gotten an email explaining common causes for rejection. The category you applied is a high abuse area, which makes getting accepted there that much more difficult.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try for a category in future with less sites.

Do you know if any of the lower down categories might be a bit easier to get into?
