Basically the same length of time as it would have been before yesterday-impossible to predict. The only thing a visitor log shows is that someone clicked on you URL from the submission. It could mean any number of things, not the least likely that an editor was simply running down the pile of unreviewed checking to make sure suggested URL's actually worked. It does not automatically mean any editor was reviewing it or any other site in the pile of submissions.

Seeing that you just had a status update request processed it is quite possible (probable) that someone reading that thread clicked on your site out of curiosity.
