I was wondering too how to modify my UBB status from "Member" to "Editor"? What's the 'official' procedure to follow?

... and shouldn't ODP editors be warned that they are registered by default as mere 'members' (that is, be warned that there is instead a specific UBB 'Editor' title?) {my2cents}

Only Admins and Moderators can change a user's status to "Editor". This is so that we can verify you really are the editor you are claiming to be.

Also, I agree in whatever post it was that there should be a note to editors when they sign up that there is a separate title for editors.
