Editor not active anymore!!

Whoever told you that there is a limit of only one indonesian or malaysian editor, deceived you.
We'd be happy to allow two -- maybe even three, if one of them was also fluent in some Australian aboriginal language.
OK, that isn't true either. There is no limit to the number of editors, for any language. The only difficulty is reviewing the editor applications -- and for that, we need a meta who could at least sort-of read the language.
If you think there's a good possibility that there isn't an available meta-editor who can read the language, then you might add a translation of your suggested title/description to some other suitable language (in this case, probably English or Chinese) -- maybe in brackets at the end like this:
Title: kldlkklfkl
Description: fdskldsfkl lerlklds asdfasf [In English: Foo Inc., Downtown: offers certain products and services]
