editor not active

I have entered my site many times, but the editor is no longer active.

I own a free shell provider, http://phoenix-network.org and would like to get it listed there.
What should I do?

1) stop being accusative without knowing any facts
2) ask in the site submission status forum, including a clickable link to the category, and ensuring that it is at least a month since the site was last suggested.
3) assuming the response at that time is 'received', do nothing more.
