As a new member to this forum and the "Resource-Zone" I'd like to get more information, specifically who manages the Eastern Massachusetts zone of dmoz.org. This may be the inappropriate place to ask and I welcome the feedback so I can achieve my goal, to have my small business listing correct. Currently, dmoz.org shows the wrong company name associated with my web site address and the wrong description. After numerous attempts at revising the listing over the past year through the dmoz.org site, I would like to go direct to the source, to the editor, who is either overwhelmed or non-existent. My attempts to email staff@dmoz.org have been returned because their mailbox is full. If anyone has this information or knows where to get it, please respond. Thank You!

A couple of hundred or so editors have permissions there. We have no idea who will next volunteer to do some work there - or when.

Your best bet is to visit the category and use the update URL link to make a change request. It will then show up prominently to anybody working in the area and most editors give priority to such requests.

Avoid the temptation to give a site title other than the company name or keyword stuff/hype the description. Such requests are almost invariably declined.

Lastly, you might like to investigate using the NOODP metatag on your website :).
