Editor Status

I have forgotten my password for my Editor account. I cannot use the "send password" button because the email I used when I set up my account belongs to a company I no longer work for. Is there any way that I can get help with this? I can provide all the details of my old account i.e. email address, categories editied etc.

If you send me a PM here with the e-mail that you wish to change it to, we can ask to have it changed so that a password request would go to the correct address. You will still have to go through the reinstatement process.

The info that you sent to me has been passed on to our tech person and someone will let you know here when the change has been made.

I used the link to have the password emailed to me...it said it sent but I have not received at the address I provided. I have tried to request the password again but I get a message stating that one has already been emailed.

Does gmail.com have any spam filters? Check in the spam folder if they have one. Sometimes e-mail from dmoz.org gets filtered.

Nope

Sorry to be such a bother but no filters are turned on and the spam folder is empty. Maybe I tried to request the new password too soon today before you had a chance to change the email account. I will try again on Wed. assuming that there is some sort of 24 hour time out set. I will resend my email just to ensure that I did not mistype.
