Doesn't mean a thing. (Other than that yes, an editor did probably take a look at your site, or intended to look at it before the doorbell rang, or...)

It is quite possibly a result of your asking for a submission status update in these forums.

In addition to those mentioned above, there are any number of reasons an editor might visit a site without reviewing it:

- Checking to ensure that it works
- Taking a quick glance to ensure that it seems on-topic. If it isn't it will be moved to a more appropriate category
- Taking a quick glance to ensure that it is in the appropriate language. If it isn't, it will be moved to the correct language
- Checking to see if it is a mirror of an already listed site

There are others, but in my experience those are the main reasons. There are days when I don't review a single site. I spend my time deleting non-functioning sites from unreviewed, moving off-topic and incorrect language sites to the appropriate categories, and making sure the site isn't already listed under another URL. No new listings added at all, but all important editor work that might leave some crumbs in your logs.

Jack, Don't loose hope . It takes time to get your site listed and an editor may visit your site many times before he enter your site in dmoz directory.
