There is no resident editor for that particular category, usef4u, most editors will not respond to inquiries from submitters, and we're encouraged not to because of less than pleasant experiences of other editors who did.
Is there something we can answer? Many editors have editing permissions there.

Actually i have submitted my site to this category and since from long i dont see any updates in the category, not even my site was added and nor others. So i was wondering whether there is an editor for that category or not.

I don't edit in that particular area, usef4u, but it wouldn't hurt to resubmit your site just one more time. 
It's hard to say when an editor will do any reviewing in a category, because we have many other jobs, and we do this in our spare time. Please continue being patient until someone can get to it, .
