I'd been an editor for six months, about two years ago, up to World:Français. I resigned at the time for various reasons I won't expand on here. As a matter of fact, I tried once or twice a come back, but could not get through ...
An interesting thing indeed is that my editor profile is still available at:
http://dmoz.org/profiles/universimmedia.html
... frozen in the state it was at the time of my resignation, including the last category I was editing ...
This page is even well referenced on Google for exemple.
I wondered if my count could be reactivated, since I discovered it was a new feature. But when I tried, I had the answer "no such editor universimmedia" ... the same anwer you get if you try "Send to universimmedia" on the profile page ...
So that is strange indeed. If I were to ask to edit again, I suppose I should try under a new pseudo (pubsubj for example). But I see in the guidelines that the same person being editor under two different pseudos is an abuse ...
Another thing : the information in this public page has been put by me, but I can't access it any more to correct it, although I know this information is obsolete.
Is that normal or even legal? What do you think? At least this page could be annotated in some way to show that this information is obsolete since ... (can't remember the exact date anyway)
