English speaker needs help submitting French site

Hi French editors,

Could you give me some guidance in submitting the following: http://www.elbosquenuevo.org/france/ - it is the French translation of a site I built for a not-for-profit organization in Costa Rica which works to preserve the rainforest.

I'd suggest World/Français/Régional/Amérique/Costa_Rica/ as a Regional category and either World/Français/Société/Nature_et_environnement/Organisations if the focus is on environment or World/Français/Société/Associations_et_organisations/Développement if it is on development. Due to the UTF-8 conversion I can't check the charters of the Topical categories right now, but a second submission should be OK.
