Error msg. when submitting

I received the following error when submitting a site:

I retried a few times and no success - same message

The category was: Business/Consumer_Goods_and_Services/Home_Appliances.

The site was: www.air-n-water.com

May be a silly question, but could this have been caused when I mistakenly filled out the submission form for the CAT above (Business/Consumer_Goods_and_Services) and after clicking "Submit" then quickly clicking my browser's stop button?

This action stopped the page and did not refresh into any type of acceptance or successful submission msg. Thank you very much for reading this post. TIA for any replies.

Hi, i read this somewhere else.

"Are you using IE browser?

The advice was, and still is, to submit again using Netscape, Mozilla, Opera, or any browser that isn't Internet Explorer.

Review: A small number of people using IE with certain Security settings, certain proxy and firewall settings, certain ISPs, and on certain days of the week find that they cannot submit to the ODP. No-one has yet managed to come up with a definitive list of circumstances that make it fail, so in the meantime just try again with another browser. People who have done this have all previously reported success when not using IE."

I have moved your submission from the misplaced submissions folder to the category you wanted to submit to. No need to resubmit.

I just had a quick look at your site, it seems you're offering online shopping. If so, please find the most appropriate category in Shopping for your site, Business is not the right place. Depending on where you deliver you may have to submit to one of the shopping categories in Regional. Please read the Shopping category description and the Shopping FAQ first.

Once you've found the most appropriate category post its URL here, I (or someone else) can move your submission there.

I believe the most appropriate CAT for www.air-n-water.com is "Shopping: Home and Garden: Climate Control"
