Existing listing has new URL, how to change info?

A couple of years ago I submitted, and had accepted, a site for a restaurant that was a subdomain of one of the domains that let users have free web space. The restaurant now has its own domain name, but is currently listed on DMOZ under the old URL. How can the URL be updated?

Go to the category where the current listing resides and click the "Update Listing" link in the top right corner. You will be prompted for the URL (use the one as it currently appears in ODP) then follow the directions to change the URL.

Please note: It will facilitate the process if the old URL explicitly points to the new one.
