Failed submission

I just tried to submit a URL to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Caribbean/Travel_and_Tourism/Lodging/Vacation_Rentals/

I got a failed message saying
The page you attempted to access does not exist on this site.
The closest matches are:
* Open Directory Main Page

Could anybody throw any light on this?

The same thing happened to me on Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/England/Cumbria/Keswick/Travel_and_Tourism/Accommodation/Self_Catering/

I tried submitting with IE amd Mozilla (in case it was an IE error) but still got the same error message.
