Hi Editor people

Just wanted anyone to look at my submission and tell me why it didn't get accepted.
I followed all the rules. But nada
I know its not a easy job especially if your not getting paid to to it.
But if anyone has a few minutes to look it would be appreciated.

If they remove the Url above please look at the email address.

It's to bad you don't have a method for people to check the status of their submission.
I've submitted several sites over the years with no success.
It gives the impression that you have to be sleeping with someone to get listed in the DMOZ.

Hello Editor,

I have tried submitted my website <url removed> several times in last two years, but no success until my new submission today,

Know it surely takes time for some quick-action editor to approve it, but here I just want to know how I can get feedback if our submission denied or need update within a period of time.

Look for some good guys can put eyes on my website, please and help me finish it, i think our website is good enough and obey your rules on submission.

I will keep silence when someone tell me -- what you to do are waiting for the result come out and check if you can search your company name at our database, otherwise re-submit :(

With Regards,
Zane Yang

It always amazes me that folks post to threads here without bothering to read them first. If they did, they'd already know the answer and save themselves and us a lot of wasted effort.

We don't do listing suggestion status reports and our submission guidelines, which you read and agreed, forbid the resuggestion of websites.

There is a very easy way to check for the status of a suggested website.
As there are only 3 options which exclude each other every person can determine what the status is.
You do not need to be an editor for this.
1. A website is listed - this is something everybody can see
2. A website is not listable - this is something everybody can know by reading the guidelines, Site Selection Criteria - Sites Generally Not to Include
3. If option 1 is not true and also option 2 is not true there is only option 3 left. The site is still waiting review.
