Few questions from junior editor

Hope you don't mind me asking some questions.

1. Just wondering about the assigned category in other languages. I see some sites that I would change, add or update in my category and its subcategories. Do I have to apply as editor for other languages as well, or I can edit them automatically as editor of English language.

2. Also there is a site x listed in two categories. Is this allowed?

3. Same site is also just a redirect for domain xy, I think this should be changed in directory, am I right?

4. Is it allowed to add links like http://www.somedomain.com/?a=dest...=2&p=1&lang=en
in cases like this one, so visitors can start browsing from where they actually searched for?

Actually, now when reading my questions, it appears that the answers are obvious for all except first question.
There is more to other questions which would elaborate my doubt, but due to forum rules, I can not post links to sites.

ps. I did read the guidelines!

Do you know the internal forum for editors? That would be the right place to ask you questions. You can find a link to it in you editor control center.
