find the reason

on 18th Feb., but still didn't find it in DOMZ till now, so I just want to know the reason. Thank you!

I'm assuming your asking why it took that long for the site to be listed. We are all volunteers, and we edit at different times and doing different things. One month really isn't that long to wait, many people wait 3-4 months to see a listing show up.
