Finding Out Whether or Not I Submitted a Site

Is there a way I can find out which sites I have submitted to DMOZ and the dates and categories of those submissions?

No. If you want to know about a specific site and a specific category, some editors can check that, but the overall submission "database" isn't (a database), and can't be searched.
