First post ever at Resource Zone. Where is it?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the very first post at RZ was and where it can be found. I am sure it can be found through extensive searches and clicking on links for days, but maybe an original poster here can direct the path...

I believe the first ever post is long gone -- we lost a number of original threads over the years due to software changes and hard drive crashes. As for the oldest one we currently have, just go into each of the forums and look at the last page -- you'll be able to answer that question yourself. Hint: the oldest are from around March 2002.

I think you're thinking about the Crash of '06. That had nothing to do with this site, which is hosted on a different server.

The very first post is still here. We lost no data. It is in a private forum that we used to test befre we went live. It was a post by me. The second post was in thesame thread and it was by rpfuller.

After checking maybe it is gone. Maybe we did a prune somewhere along the lines or did lose some posts when w e migrated from wwwthreads to vbulletin.
